HF Control’s work in automated control systems can truly be said to be world-class. Just ask our clients.

Like Lynxs Shredders, whose contracts with HF have taken us around the globe; and in turn, we’ve helped Lynxs become world record-breakers. We planned the retrofit of a control operating system on a Lynxs Shredder 2500HP machine in Sydney, Australia. By planning and testing the entire work offline, and then implementing it over a weekend holiday, the plant experienced zero downtime, and a subsequent 10% increase in performance. So when an 8000HP shredder was planned for Newport, Wales, perhaps it was no surprise that HF Controls was contracted again to design, build, install and commission the complete system. The giant plant, at the time the world’s largest, was even showcased internationally on television channels throughout the world.

Our impressive performance isn’t just with Lynxs. Indeed, our client list includes contracts with Clyde Bergemann, Trident Engineering, Star Refrigeration and the Clow Group. While their individual requirements may be unique, they all share one common aspect: our hands-on management of the entire project, from start to finish, gives our clients total peace of mind.
